Providing amounts for the expenses of the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party.

Payment of expenses— There shall be paid out of the applicable accounts of the House of Representatives not more than $350,000 for the expenses of the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party established under section 104(f) of House Resolution 11, as agreed to January 10, 2023 (hereafter referred to as the “Select Committee”), to be available during the period beginning at noon on January 1, 2023, and ending on March 31, 2023.

Vouchers— Payments under this subsection shall be made on vouchers authorized by the Select Committee, signed by the chair of the Select Committee, and approved in the manner directed by the Committee on House Administration.
