That the House of Representatives—
expresses support for the designation of “Children’s Week” in the United States, to be observed with appropriate ceremonies, activities, and programs to raise awareness of the importance of children’s well-being and the issues they face; and
requests that the President issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe Children’s Week with appropriate ceremonies, activities, and programs, and encourages public and private organizations, businesses, and individuals to collaborate on initiatives to improve children’s well-being and support their futures.
