RESOLUTION

That the House of Representatives—

(1)

supports the Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization;

(2)

applauds the courage of the Justices, in the face of intimidation and threats of violence, for standing by their allegiance to the Constitution and the legitimacy of the Supreme Court; and

(3)

commits itself to supporting policies that continue to protect all life, both born and unborn.
