Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Chinese Communist Party should be held accountable for present day efforts of knowingly and intentionally manipulating their currency.

condemns the Chinese Communist Party for knowingly and intentionally manipulating its currency;

supports the actions by Former Secretary Mnuchin under the Trump administration to engage with the International Monetary Fund to eliminate the unfair competitive advantage created by China in 2019; and

calls on the Biden administration to take similar action to hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for their present day efforts to manipulate their currency.
