RESOLUTION

That clause 2(a) of rule V of the Rules of the House of Represenatives is amended by adding at the end the following:

“The recording and broadcasting performed pursuant to this clause shall ensure the possible coverage of floor proceedings that are least as transparent as the broadcasts that occured on January 3–6, 2023, at the beginning of the 118th Congress.”
