Lied about Inflation and Energy Dependence Act of 2022

A BILL

To provide a short title for the law commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act.

Public Law 117–169 (commonly referred to as the “Inflation Reduction Act)” is amended by inserting before title I the following:

“1. Short title

“This Act may be referred to as the “Lied about Inflation and Energy Dependence Act of 2022” or the “LIED Act of 2022”.”
