To amend the United States Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016 to modify the requirements for the time capsule required by such Act, and for other purposes.

Section 7(f)(1) of the United States Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016 (Public Law 114–196) is amended—

(1)

by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:

“(A) to be installed in Independence National Historical Park on July 4, 2026; and”

(2)

in subparagraph (B), by striking “unearthed” and inserting “opened”.
