Section 1 Exception for certain locations
Section 41731(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
in the subsection heading by striking “Alaska and Hawaii” and inserting “Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and the Northern Mariana Islands”; and
by striking “State of Alaska or the State of Hawaii” and inserting “State of Alaska, the State of Hawaii, the territory of Guam, or the territory of the Northern Mariana Islands”.
