To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to include wildfire smoke in the definition of major disaster.
Sec. 2 Wildfire Smoke
Section 102(2) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122 (2)) is amended by inserting “wildfire smoke,” after “snowstorm,”.
