A BILL

To amend title 5, United States Code, to apply regulatory flexibility analysis requirements for the Department of Labor.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Let American Businesses be On Record Act of 2024” or the “LABOR Act of 2024”.

Sec. 2 Regulatory flexibility analysis requirements for the Department of Labor

Section 609(d)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:

“(3) the Department of Labor.”
