AN ACT

To provide for improvements to the rivers and harbors of the United States, to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Water Resources Development Act of 2024”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Secretary defined

In this Act, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Army.
