Briefing— Not later than 30 days before Amtrak awards performance-based bonus compensation to an Amtrak executive, Amtrak shall brief the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate on the proposed bonus and the criteria and metrics used to calculate such a bonus.
