To shorten the review period for the congressional review of termination of certain national emergencies, and for other purposes.

Section 202(b) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(b)) is amended—

(1)

by striking “to consider a vote” and inserting “to vote”; and

(2)

by striking “whether that emergency shall be terminated” and inserting “whether such emergency declaration shall continue to be in effect”.
