To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the scope of the penalty for crimes against children.
Sec. 2 Death or Imprisonment for Crimes Against Children
Section 3559(d)(1)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “14 years” the following: “or if the victim has not attained the age of 18 years if the charge involved a sexual offense”.
