This Act may be cited as the “No Private Rides Act”.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for a passenger motor vehicle or a personal driver for the chief executive officer of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on certain uses of Federal funds for chief executive officer of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority
No Federal funds may be used to provide the chief executive officer of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority a passenger motor vehicle or a personal driver.
