Section 1 Encouragement of native vegetation use
Section 1244(h) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3844(h)) is amended—
in the heading, by inserting “and native vegetation use” after “protection”;
in paragraph (1), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon;
in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(3) the use of native vegetation.”
