Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024

To provide for the reform and continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department of Agriculture through fiscal year 2029, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024”.
(b)
Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definitions

In this Act:

Department— The term Department means the Department of Agriculture.
(2)
Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture.
