Inflation Reduction Act of 2023

A BILL

To repeal the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

This Act may be cited as the “Inflation Reduction Act of 2023”.

(a)

In general— Public Law 117–169 (commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) is repealed.

(b)

Rescissions— The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under Public Law 117–169 are rescinded.
