A BILL
To amend the Trade Act of 1974 to provide for the automatic exclusion of China as a beneficiary country.
Sec. 2 Expansion of automatic exclusion
Section 502 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2462) is amended in subsection (b)(1) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(J) China.”
