A BILL

To amend title 10, United States Code, to reduce the minimum number of participating students required to establish or maintain a unit of the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Preserving JROTC Programs Act”.

Sec. 2 Reduction to minimum number of participating students required to establish or maintain a unit of JROTC

Section 2031(b)(1)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “100” and inserting “50”.
