To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish, implement, or enforce any COVID–19 mask mandate.
Sec. 2 No Federal funds To enforce COVID–19 mask mandates
No Federal funds may be used to establish, implement, or enforce any requirement to wear a facial covering to prevent the spread of COVID–19.
