This Act may be cited as the “Justice for Rape Survivors Act”.

To require mandatory minimums for sexual abuse.
Sec. 2 Mandatory minimums for sexual abuse
in subsection (a), by striking “imprisoned for any term of years or life,” and inserting “imprisoned for not less than 30 years or for life,”; and
in subsection (b), by striking “imprisoned for any term of years or life,” and inserting “imprisoned for not less than 30 years or for life,”.
Sexual abuse— Section 2242 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking “imprisoned for any term of years or for life” and inserting “imprisoned for not less than 30 years or for life”.
