Section 1 Nullification of EEOC guidance and fact sheet relating to gender-based workplace discrimination
The proposed guidance entitled “PROPOSED Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace” (dated September 29, 2023), and the fact sheet entitled “Protections Against Employment Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity” (issued on June 15, 2021), published by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission shall have no force or effect, and the Commission may not issue any identical or substantially similar guidance or fact sheet.
