To permit the Byrne JAG grant to be used for the purchase of fentanyl testing kits and opioid reversal agents.
Sec. 2 Fentanyl testing kits and opioid reversal agents
Section 501(a)(1)(E) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10152(a)(1)(E)) is amended by inserting “, including programs to purchase fentanyl testing kits and opioid reversal agents” before the period.
