Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Shrinkflation Reduction Act”.
Shrinkflation Reduction Act
A BILL
To rescind unobligated funds under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act.
Sec. 2 Recissions of unobligated balances
The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under any of the following laws are hereby rescinded:
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2).
The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58).
Public Law 117–69 (commonly referred to as the “Inflation Reduction Act”).
