A BILL
To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to reauthorize the Chesapeake Bay Program, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Chesapeake Bay Program
Section 117(j) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1267(j)) is amended—
in paragraph (4), by striking “and” at the end;
in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and;
by adding at the end the following:
“(6) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $100,000,000.”
