A BILL

To amend the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998 to reauthorize the Chesapeake Bay Gateways and Watertrails Network.

This Act may be cited as the “Chesapeake Bay Gateways and Watertrails Network Reauthorization Act of 2024”.

Section 502(c) of the Chesapeake Bay Initiative Act of 1998 (54 U.S.C. 320101 note; title V of Public Law 105–312) is amended—

(1)

by striking “$3,000,000” and inserting “$6,000,000”; and

(2)

by striking “2025” and inserting “2030”.
