To repeal the final rule adopted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment relating to Adoption of California Vehicle Emission Standards.
Sec. 2 Repeal of rule on Adoption of California Vehicle Emission Standards
Effective as of December 29, 2023, the final rule adopted by the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment relating to “Adoption of California Vehicle Emission Standards” (published at 70 District of Columbia Register 016673) is repealed, and any regulation amended or repealed by such rule is restored or revived as if such rule had not been adopted.
