“(3) Vice chair—The Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs shall serve as the Vice Chair of the Council.”
“(d) Support—The Administrator of General Services shall provide administrative support for the Council.”
“(c) Support—The Administrator of General Services shall provide administrative support for the Council.”
“(e) Support—The Administrator of General Services shall provide administrative support for the Council.”
“(A) a designee of the Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget, who shall have experience in the areas of strategic and performance planning, measurement, and analysis, including the use of performance information to improve the results of an agency;”
“(3) Chairperson and vice chairperson
“(A) Chairperson—The chairperson of the Performance Improvement Council shall be the designee of the Director of Management of the Office of Management and Budget described in paragraph (1)(A).
“(B) Vice chairperson—The Performance Improvement Council shall select from among the members of the Council a Performance Improvement Officer to serve as vice chairperson of the Council.”
