Immediate Stock Disclosure Act

A BILL

To amend section 13105(l) of title 5, United States Code, to require the reporting of periodic transaction reports not later than 24 hours after receiving notification of the requirement to report a transaction but in no case later than 72 hours after such transaction.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Immediate Stock Disclosure Act”.

Sec. 2 Periodic transaction reports

Section 13105(l) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by—

(1)

striking “30 days” and inserting “24 hours”; and

(2)

striking “45 days” and inserting “72 hours”.
