A BILL

To prohibit the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration from authorizing airport space to house undocumented migrants, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Airport Immigration Enforcement Act”.

Sec. 2 Housing of undocumented migrants

The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration may not authorize airport space to house undocumented migrants.

Sec. 3 Prohibiting funding for housing of undocumented migrants at airports

No Federal funds may be used to house undocumented migrants in any airport.
