To prohibit the Secretary of Labor from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a proposed rule with respect to the salary threshold for overtime eligibility.

The Secretary of Labor may not finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule titled “Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees” published by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor in the Federal Register on September 8, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 62152).
