This Act may be cited as the “Border Security State Reimbursement Act”.
Border Security State Reimbursement Act
A BILL
To reimburse States for expenses incurred relating to securing the border.
Sec. 2 Reimbursement to States relating to securing the border
The Secretary of Homeland Security shall reimburse to a State each expense of such State determined by the Secretary to be related to securing the southern international border of the United States.
