This Act may be cited as the “UNRWA FTO Designation Act”.

A BILL
To designate the United Nations Relief and Works Agency as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Fto designation
Not later than 10 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall designate the United Nations Relief and Works Agency as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189(a)).
