Defend Our Borders From Armed Invaders Act
A BILL
To authorize the National Guard to take such actions as may be necessary to repel persons attempting to enter the United States from Mexico who are carrying weapons, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Authority of National Guard to repel persons attempting to enter the United States from Mexico who are carrying weapons
Authority— Section 502(f)(2) of title 32, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(C) Notwithstanding section 1385 of title 18, such actions as may be necessary to repel any person who is—
“(i) attempting to enter the United States by land across the border between the United States and Mexico; and
“(ii) clearly carrying a weapon.”
