To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to increase commodity assistance under the summer food service program.

Section 13(h) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1761(h)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “The value of donated foods distributed to service institutions pursuant to this subsection shall be equal to the national average value of donated foods determined under section 6(c)(1)(A).”
