Beginning not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Energy shall, jointly, submit to Congress, on an annual basis, an economic analysis of occupations and career paths impacted by changes in the energy and critical manufacturing industries, including information on—

entry-level occupations;
(3)
pre-requisites for occupations;
(4)
living wage salaries;
(6)
barriers that prevent individuals in under-served communities from acquiring employment in new occupations and career paths in such industries; and
(7)
how digital technology advancements are impacting the critical manufacturing industry.
