A BILL
To amend the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 to reauthorize the Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production.
Sec. 2 Reauthorization of Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production
Section 222 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6923) is amended—
in subsection (b)(5)(B), by striking “2023” and inserting “2028”;
in subsection (d)(1)(C), by striking “2023” and inserting “2028”; and
in subsection (e), by striking “$25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023” and inserting “$50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2028”.
