No Temporary Protected Status for Terrorists Act
A BILL
To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from granting certain aliens temporary protected status.
Sec. 2 Certain aliens ineligible for temporary protected status
In general— The Secretary of Homeland Security may not grant a covered alien temporary protected status in the United States pursuant to section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1254a).
Covered alien— In this section, the term “covered alien” means an alien who is a holder of a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority.
