Evicting Violent Islamic Criminals That Entered Deviously Act
A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the expedited removal of aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States and are residents of Palestinian-administered territories within Judea and Samaria or Gaza.
Sec. 2 Expedited removal for unlawfully present aliens who are residents of Palestinian-administered territories within Judea and Samaria or Gaza
Section 235(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1225(b)(1)(A)(iii)) is amended—
in subclause (I), by inserting “or subclause (III)” after “subclause (II)”; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(III) Additional aliens described—An alien described in this clause is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States and is a resident of a Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza.”
