Section 1 Prohibition on implementation of Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement

The Secretary of the Interior shall not implement, administer, or enforce the Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement referred to in the notice of availability titled “Notice of Availability of the Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Rock Springs Field Office, Wyoming” published by the Bureau of Land Management on August 23, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 68187).
