This Act may be cited as the “Make NEXUS Work Act”.

A BILL
To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to make available video conferencing for applicants for NEXUS.
Sec. 2 Video conferencing for NEXUS applicants
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall, not later than 45 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, make available video conferencing for applicants for NEXUS enrollments and renewals.
