This Act may be cited as the “Natural Disaster Transparency Enhancement Act”.
Natural Disaster Transparency Enhancement Act
A BILL
To direct the heads of Federal agencies and departments to publish certain data with respect to disaster relief, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Publication of disaster relief data
The head of each Federal agency or department that approves Federal funds for natural disaster relief shall publish and regularly update on the website of such agency or department a breakdown of—
the amount of funds approved with respect to each disaster; and
the amount of funds disbursed with respect to each disaster.
