To rescind the unobligated balance of appropriations made by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
Sec. 2 Rescission of unobligated amounts under the American Rescue Plan Act
On the date of enactment of this Act, the unobligated balance of amounts made available by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (Public Law 117–2) are hereby rescinded and shall be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury for the sole purpose of deficit reduction.
