Space Transformation And Reliability Act

A BILL

To amend title 51, United States Code, to extend the learning period for commercial human space flight.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Space Transformation And Reliability Act” or the “STAR Act”.

Sec. 2 Learning period

Paragraph (9) of section 50905(c) of title 51, United States Code, is amended by striking “2023” and inserting “2031”.
