Blocking the Entry of Malign Actors Act

A BILL

To amend the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 to expand the President’s authority to deny any individual’s admission to the United States as a representative to the United Nations.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Blocking the Entry of Malign Actors Act”.

Sec. 2 Amendment to the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991

Section 407(a)(1) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (Public Law 101–246; 8 U.S.C. 1102 note), is amended by striking “and” at the end and by inserting “or”.
