Section 1 Prohibition on use of Federal funds to provide shelter or housing on certain military installations to certain aliens
In general— None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for any fiscal year made be used to provide covered shelter or housing for specified aliens on military installations located in any of the 50 States or the District of Columbia.
Definitions— In this section:
The term “covered shelter or housing” means shelter or housing provided to specified aliens pursuant to an applicable Federal, State, or local law, regulation, or order.
The term “military installation” has the meaning given such term in section 2801 of title 10, United States Code.
The term “specified alien” means an alien (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.) who has not been admitted (as defined in such section).
