A BILL
To extend temporary authority regarding license portability for certain practitioners to be able to practice across State borders, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Modification to matters relating to Department of Veterans Affairs medical disability examinations
Section 2002(a)(4) of the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe, M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020 (Public Law 116–315; 38 U.S.C. 5101 note) is amended—
by striking “On the date that is three years after the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting “On September 1, 2028”; and
by striking “on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act” and insert “on January 4, 2021”.
