To amend title 10, United States Code, to modify the authority of the Secretary of Defense to carry out the defense laboratory modernization program.
Sec. 2 Modification of authority to carry out defense laboratory modernization program
Section 2805(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended in subparagraph (D) by inserting “or development, production, and sustainment of combat capabilities” before the period at the end.
