A BILL

To repeal the District of Columbia Home Rule Act.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Seat of Government Act”.

Sec. 2 Repeal of District of Columbia Home Rule Act

The District of Columbia Home Rule Act (sec. 1–201.01 et seq., D.C. Official Code) is hereby repealed.
